There is no deterioration affecting image quality, and you don´t have to worry about damaging your cysto-nephroscope. Because with aScope 5 Cysto HD, you get a brand-new cysto-nephroscope for every procedure.

A camera sensor with HD technology provides clear sharp images, further enhanced by Advanced Red Contrast (ARC) imaging, which improves the visibility of red colour tones in the areas of interest in the image. 

Furthermore, there is no need for white balancing. Eliminating the need to calibrate white balancing ensures consistent and accurate colour representation without having to adjust manually. 

Easy to work with images and videos

The Ambu^®aView^™ 2 Advance display and processing unit is portable and easy to take with you, along with the aScope Cysto 5 Cysto HD scope, for inpatient or OR procedures. It is also simple to place in a comfortable position close to the patient.

You can take images and videos at the touch of a button on the screen and store them to go over the results with the patient in peace and quiet after the procedure or to confer with colleagues.

For more complex cystoscopy procedures and PCNL, aScope 5 Cysto HD can also be used with the Ambu® aBox™ 2 endoscopy system, which will feel like an integrated part of your OR setup.

Finally, compatibility with PACS servers and electronic medical record software makes it easy to transfer your recorded patient data after the procedure.

NOTE: If PACS is not available in your department, you can transfer all patient imaging and procedure information files to your hospital's local network drive (SMB).

aScope 5 Cysto HD is available in two versions: one with standard deflection, commonly used in the US, and one with reverse deflection, commonly used in the EU. 

Standard deflection
Moving the control lever downward will make the tip bend down (posteriorly). Moving it upward will make the tip bend up (anteriorly).

 

Reverse deflection
Moving the control lever downward will make the tip bend up (anteriorly). Moving it upward will make the tip bend down (posteriorly).
